HOUSTON, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI - news) and RAI-Radio Televisione Italiana S.p.A (``RAI'') confirmed today that they contemplate the formation of a strategic alliance and that the Board of Directors of RAI has authorized RAI moving forward with the establishment of such strategic alliance with a subsidiary of Crown Castle in the broadcasting and telecommunication towers network through RaiWay. Formation of the strategic alliance is subject to final documentation, which is contemplated to occur on or before the end of April.
