HOUSTON, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (Nasdaq: TWRS) announced today plans to release first quarter results on Thursday, May 3, 2001 after the market closes.

Crown Castle has scheduled a conference call for Friday, May 4, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time). Participating in the call will be Ted Miller, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John Kelly, President, and Ben Moreland, Chief Financial Officer.
