HOUSTON, July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) today announced plans to release second quarter results on Wednesday, August 8, 2001 after the market closes.

Crown Castle has scheduled a conference call for Thursday, August 9, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Participating in the call will be Ted Miller, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John Kelly, President, and Ben Moreland, Chief Financial Officer.
