HOUSTON, Dec 14, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) announced today that the quarterly dividend on its 12 3/4% Senior Exchangeable Preferred Stock will be paid on December 17, 2001 to holders of record on December 1, 2001. The dividend will be paid in shares of the Preferred Stock at a rate of 31.875 shares per 1,000 shares. Fractional shares will be paid in Preferred Stock.
