Crown Castle International to Move to the New York Stock Exchange; New Ticker Symbol Will Be 'CCI'

HOUSTON, April 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (Nasdaq: TWRS) today announced its Common Stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "CCI" on Wednesday, April 25, 2001. To mark the Company's first day of trading, Ted B. Miller, Jr., Crown Castle's Chairman and CEO, will ring the opening bell at the NYSE on April 25th.
