HOUSTON, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) announced today that it is not in talks to purchase NTL's (NYSE: NLI) aerials and transmission business nor does it plan to participate in bidding for NTL's tower assets as published in recent newspapers and wire reports.
