Moreland Named Crown Castle International Senior VP & Treasurer

Houston, TX – December 8, 1999 – Ted B. Miller, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Crown Castle International Corp. (CCIC) announced that W. Benjamin (Ben) Moreland has been appointed Senior Vice President and Treasurer of CCIC and its domestic subsidiaries. Moreland joins the company following 15 years with Chase Manhattan Bank, primarily in corporate finance and real estate investment banking. He will be responsible for all treasury functions, banking relationships and general corporate financing activities for the Holding Company.
